Air plants will live on near enough any surface and this non toxic silicone adhesive is an easy way to do it. 

Just a small pea sized amount on the bottom of the plant and stick to the surface.

Will set in approximately 2 hours. 

Animal safe and no toxic so once the adhesive has set and the smell has dissipated it can go straight in the tortoises enclosure
