A very easy product to make at home that is safe to be enjoyed by all tortoise species.
 
Limestone flour is a fantastic supplement and a very economical way of making an edible stone for the tortoises to enjoy as and when they please. An alternative to cuttlefish if that isn't to your tortoises taste.
 
Simply mix the limestone flour with cool water to a thick paste. Add in to the cake cases and leave to air dry. It usually only takes 24 hours to set hard although temperatures can effect it. This kit contains 200g of limestone flour which will fill a cake case approx 4 times.
 
Pop it out of the case and give to your tortoise to have a nibble.
 
The silicone cases can be resued many times and limestone flour to top it back up twice is only £2.99 including uk postage in our shop!
 
There is no limit on how much of this your tortoise can eat and it can be use in both indoor and outdoor enclosures.
 
You can also add to these with our dried flower and leaf mix to add some extra nutrients.
